Maxim Bayarsky is a music video director, entrepreneur, and founder of DMTV based out of Ontario Canada. He created DMTV as a Canadian multi-media company that focuses on music videos, exclusive content, live events, merchandise, and blog write-ups that highlight the underground Toronto scene.
