DMTV was founded by Maxim Bayarsky in early 2020, right as the world came to a standstill. With the Toronto music scene quiet and disconnected, there was a clear need for a community-driven platform to spotlight its talent. Out of that moment, DMTV was born on March 1st, 2020.
